(2) Nos. 24, 25 and 26 occupied by Messrs Machin, Brown and Robert Headley, dated 12 July 1848;

(3) House occupied By Watson, dated 19 January 1849;

(4) No. 33 occupied by Mrs Burbage and land around it which is fully described in the valuation including the names of neighbouring tenants, dated 19 January 1849;

(5) House occupied by Mrs Savage, dated 19 January 1849;

(6) Nos. 29 and 30 occupied by Mr Barret and Mrs Carter, dated 19 January 1849;

(7) Nos. 45 and 44 occupied by Mr Brown and Mr Watts, dated 19 January 1849;

(8) Two dwelling houses in lease to Mr George Wilson occupied by Mr Knightley and himself, dated 19 January 1849;

(9) Nos. 37-42 in lease to Mr Calver senior, dated 8 May 1849;

(10) Nos. 43-44 in lease to Mr Calver junior, dated 8 May 1849;

(11) In lease to the Executors of the late James Fuller comprising a detached dwelling house with garden in front and yard, stables and coach house occupied by Miss Watson and others and another dwelling house occupied by Mrs Sharpe, dated 8 May 1850;

(12) Letter from Richard Rowe to the Revd Dr French giving details of the valuation of Nos 1-10 held by Barber's Executors. Includes a sketch map with tenants' names for Nos. 1-4 [Woodley, Headly, Robson and Johnson] dated 14 May 1852.
