Letter from Stewart Lyon, in typescript, single page, dated 12 October 1998, sent to Bill Lean, Mark Blackburn, Hugh Pagan and Ian Stewartby, with a lengthy attachment consisting 26-page draft paper and an accompanying three-page table. In the letter, SL states that he has prepared a second draft of his "introduction to the York corpus" that takes into account comments of Mark [Blackburn] and Hugh [Pagan] (attached); there is a manuscript addition to the letter, dated 14 October, that describes another die-link "found yesterday".
