Subjects include: tracing films; Bronowski's suggested films for preservation; finding that films (such as 'The Vision of our Age' from the 'Insight' television series) had already been destroyed; Bronowski sending them a copy of 'A Happy New Year' and 'Tell me if anything was ever done' on Leonardo da Vinci; Sylvia Hodgson visiting the National Film Archive to learn about film preservation for the Archive of Contemporary Biology being set up at the Salk Institute.
