Comprises correspondence and promotional leaflets on 'The Ascent of Man' being shown: at the American Association for the Advancement of Science meeting in San Francisco (28 Feb 1974, programmes 11-13); at The Franklin Institute (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) with a letter thanking Jacob and Rita Bronowski for visiting the Institute in April 1974; as part of a series of 3 films about "Science and Society - The Impact of Western Culture" presented by the National Project Center for Film and the Humanities, New York; at the Ontario Science Centre (including Bronowski discussing the making of 'The Ascent of Man', 1-2 Jun 1974); and by the Library of Congress Professional Association.
