Clarice, widow of Hugh Mayner of Barnwell, quitclaims to her son John all the lands in which he was enfeoffed by the said Hugh, his father, in the town and fields of Barnwell with the exception of a certain court her late husband had by the gift of Gilbert Bernard, and 1 1/2 roods, which he had from Emma Dalles. John to pay her in lieu of dower a rent of 2s per annum out of the said lands.
