List of tenants and other owners of land include Francis Eaden, Robert Edwards, Holmes Kidd and William Robinson. Also shows The site of All Saints Sunday School, 'the water closet belonging to Robert Edwards with Sunday School Gallery running over' and the site of privy and ashpit forming part of the complaint of William Smith 14th June 1854. Also shows site of toilets, a well and pump adjoining Malcolm Court.
