25th May 1871 - Two letters and a plan from John W. Scudamore proposing the College grant him a 99 year building lease of land so that he could create a new road linking Station Road and Hills Road. "Declined" is written at the bottom of the letter
1st November 1887 - 8th November 1889 - series of letters addressed to Hugh Shield (Bursar) concerning the sale of land to the Cambridge Improvement Commissioners for a new road to be built between Station Road and Mill Road [Tenison Road]
