Subseries 2 - Maps and Plans

There are a series of architectural drawings and blue prints for proposed houses in Tenison Avenue. They are often undated and don't have the name or number of the property included. The plans do have a title which describes the properties as a certain number of properties for a person usually Philip Banyard who was a builder e.g. "Proposed five houses for Mr Philip Banyard". Where there is a block plan included attempts have been made to identify the properties and the plans listed under that property. Where that is not possible they have been listed under General until more information can be gathered to aid identification
