Note
The tenements aren't listed by house number but are described as follows in the lease:
“All those five messuages or tenements together with the yards gardens stables gig-house buildings easements and other appurtenances to the same belonging or on anywise appertaining or therewith used occupied or enjoyed and heretofore in the several tenures or occupations of Beaumont Prior, Mr Fenton, John Herring, Thomas King and Henry How and now Marquis Spineto, The widow Fenton, Robert Fordham, William Heving (Herring) and Henry How”.
They were located between house occupied by Henry Headley (east) & Eleanor Prior Sparrow (west). In 1829 Henry Headley took a lease of No. 32 and Eleanor Sparrow had a lease of No. 26 indicating this lease relates to Nos. 27-31
Subsequent leases suggest the following occupants of the properties:

No. 28 - Thomas King succeeded by William Herring (by lease of 1815) and succeeded by Sarah Bourne (by lease of 1857)
No. 29 - John Herring succeeded by Robert Fordham (by lease of 1815) and succeeded by Elizabeth Creeke (by lease of 1857)
No. 30 - Mr Fenton succeeded by the Widow Fenton (by lease of 1815) and succeeded by Thomas Hills (by lease of 1857)
No. 31 - Beaumont Prior succeeded by Marquis Spineto (by lease of 1815) and succeeded by John Death (by lease of 1857)
