Letter from Yvonne Harvey, in typescript, to inform IS that she had deposited his coin of Eadgar in Baldwin's for him to collect. She notes that Man is recorded as a Winchester moneyer in Eadgar's reform coinage in CNS 1.4.17, no. 1229 (the Öster Ryftes hoard), though the hoard was dispersed and the mint and moneyer were simply recorded. YH also asks whether IS has any interest in looking at photographs of another coin of Eadgar brought into the Winchester City Museum; she says that she knows of no corresponding coin, stating that the closest thing of which she is aware is SCBI 34, 1080.
