Scope and content

Written from Southery, Downham, Norfolk. Several years previously, he mentions he had conversed with French about a phonarthron or natural system of the sounds of speech. It has taken a while for him to complete and publish on the subject and although he regrets he is no longer a member of the College, he hopes French might know whether he should approach the University Press with regard promoting his work. It could either be published as one work or in a series. His long known and esteemed friend Professor Lee was acquainted with his juvenile work 13 years ago. Written on blank pages of printed advertisement of his work.
