Scope and content

Letter from R. Headly to William French. Says he is sorry that French has been ill but that he has still be treated badly throughout the whole business. It is soon to get to a point where he cannot enter the premises to demolish the cart lodge. French's reply was indefinite as he said the matter would have to wait until he returns to Cambridge. Surely it would be possibly for him to appoint a deputy, such as Mr. Emson, to deal with this small matter.
