Written from St. James' Street. Perry would have been glad of the assistance in his court of Mr. Wilson when in Cambridge, but his predecessor appears to have left his former clerk as Perry's usher instead of taking him to town. Not sure if French is going to Cromer, but asks to direct this to the College (to which Perry says he owes all he enjoys).
