Letter from Eric Harris, in manuscript, undated but probably c.1998 based on context, as cover for "a version" of his "short 'appendix' to the groat paper", presumably in reference to his "Halfgroats in the Henry IV – Henry V period", BNJ, vol. 68 (1998), pp. 147-148, since a draft text for the article (a), with annotations on the verso, and a photocopy of the plate (b) make up the attachments. The letter concludes with queries about the half-groats with trefoil.
