Letter from David Rogers with attachment; the letter is in manuscript, one small page, dated July 1995, explaining some particulars of the petty coins with which he deals in the attachment, for example those of Henry VIII and Edward VI. He says that there will be two volumes covering 1066 to 1377 and three more to reach 1663. He also mentions a "1390 reference to Scottish farthings. The attachment consists in a 14-page typescript entitled "Views of small change before 1613", revised version. dated July 1995.
