Scope and content
A letter from Gordon Leach, in Argentina, to Percy expressing thanks for photographs of the boathouse. He hopes that [?] Nisbet will be successful at coaching and will take Steve's [Fairbairn] help. He discusses the compromises between Steve's methods and orthodox methods of coaching. He updates Percy on his recent investments from the sale of tin, and the scientific technique of tobacco growing. He closes the letter by expressing his preference for polo over rowing and wishes Percy a happy 1935.
