The tenements aren't numbered and there is no lease plan. They are described in the lease as:
“All those their 2 messuages or tenements with a garden thereunto adjoining now in the occupation of the said Eleanor Prior Sparrow and also all that other tenement some time since erected and built upon the same place where a stable formerly stood and heretofore in the occupation of James Deverell …………between the tenement heretofore in the tenure or occupation of Henry How towards the east and a tenement heretofore in the occupation of Samuel Blows towards the west”
