Lease of a messuage or tenement and premises on New Square, Cambridge for 40 years from Michaelmas 1850. Rent: £2 10s 0d. Includes a colour plan of the outline of the property with the house and garden marked on. The lease states that Lilley, Hunnybun and Marshall were the Executors of James Fuller and as Fuller had at great expense erected an iron railing round the messuages the College agreed to forgo the fine and charge only £10.
