Geoffrey, Bishop of Ely, institutes the nuns to the rectory, with the consent of the former patron, Sturmi, there present, who confirms his charter (79a). The nuns are to pay Richard, the chaplain, stipend of 20s. p.a. and to pay the episcopal dues. After the resignation or death of the said Richard they are to have the right of presentation to the living.
