Prioress Agnes Senclow and the nuns to Robert Gotobedde and Marion, his wife, a messuage in Waleslane in St Andrew's parish between a tenement late of John Refham abd a tenement of John de Norton, abutting on the highway and a toft late of John Blancpayn. Term: 60 years; rent: 4s; covenant: lessee to build a new barn and a new house for two tenants on the said messuage. Witnesses: John Grenelene, mayor of Cambridge, William Weggewode, John Knapton, Adam Leveryngton, William Histon, bailiffs et aliis.
