The labour by Mr Elwood entailed 13 days of work from March to November 1845 in the total amount of £1 12s 6d. The amount paid by Mrs Fielding for a year's property tax is listed as £7 7s 7d. This receipt also includes the amount paid for mail, bringing the total to £9 3s1d

The list includes from June 16 bricks, cut lime, dow lath, a pound of hair, pavings, buck, plain tiles, pan tiles, stone whiting, and red 5 cub. On October 16 the list includes four pounds hair and cut lime. One December 21 there is an order for tiles. The total amount of the receipt is £3.7.6.
