A small note totalling up the rent paid by Mr Ambrose of Quy to the college, totalling £41, also with a note of property and land tax, totalling £3 12s 1d. On the back there is also a sum: £199 3s subtracted from £273 8s 10d, unclear relevance (if any).

Receipt for income tax and rent paid by Thomas Gurmell for Rectory Farm, Greater Shelford. Amounting to £687 10s 2d, with a pencil mark noting the payment of £487 10s 2d.

Letter by Mr Tom Garner Norman to the Bursar of Jesus Colege with claim that the rent increase for the property must be a mistake. Mr Norman states that he has always been paying 38p; 10s; 0p and that the he was aware rent was increased for Middle Fen Farm but not for Cadwin Field, for which he claims to be paying a "fair rent considering the land" already. The Bursar's answer is missing but enclosed is an Income Tax, House Duty and Land Tax receipt for the property of 1p; 7s; 6p and a handwritten note on the letter stating that 40p is the correct amount Mr Norman has to pay.

Bill made out to the Master, Fellows and Scholars of Jesus College, to pay Frederick P. Adcock 15s for attendance and correspondence in recovering rent arrears from Mr Pellit Michaelmas last. Dated 5th November 1864 and signed by Frederick P. Adcock. Noted in a different hand is that the bill has been 'paid same time' and paid by R. R. (likely R. Rowe)

Letter setting out new terms for a lease for Nos. 27-31 Jesus Lane and a lease plan.

Letters concerning renewing the lease for Nos. 29-34 Lower Park Street. These had been leased to John Death for 40 years from 29th September 1876. Following his death the trustees under his will had assigned the lease to Mrs Anna Maria Folkard [by an Assignment dated 3rd July 1903]. The lease was due to expire in September 1916 and Mrs Folkard approached the College via her solicitors to see if they would grant a renewal of the lease and if so on what terms. There was a proposal that Mrs Folkard give up the lease of property she held in Jesus Lane [Nos. 25and 26] in return for an Annuity and renewal of the Lower Park Street properties but this was rejected by the College Council
