The King grants to the Prioress and Nuns the right to hold an annual fair in the town of Cambridge, on the three days of the vigil, the feast and the morrow of the Assumption of Our Lady, "nisi feria illa sit ad nocumentum vicenarum feriarum" (unless the said fair should be a nuisance to neighbouring fairs). He also grants exemption from tenths or other quotas upon all the lands, possessions etc. of the Priory. Written at Dertfort (Dartford? Hertford?), witnessed by the King himself.

Stephen I (c 1096-1154) King of EnglandNigel, Bishop of Ely, gives to the nuns of the newly founded cell outside the town of Cambridge a piece of land (4 acres) lying near to the said cell, free of all customs, for a rent of 12d per annum. The water bills are dated 27 October 1880 and 31 September 1881, and list the payment of sums between 6s 9d and 10s by the college for a quarter's supply of water.
The poor rate receipts are dated between 10 November 1880 and 29 August 1881. 8 of the receipts note payments of poor rates by Jesus college (between 12s 7d and £1 12s), 3 refer to R. R. Rowe).
The bill for quit rent is dated November 1881 and notes the payment of 4d to Trinity College, signed by Charles Hoppet.
The two bills for maintenance to waterworks note payment of 1s and 1s 2d for the repair of taps.
