Third receipt is for a dozen nails, cleaning out and servicing maps in New buildings, cleaning out fittings and adding a globe to lamp in [New] Court, changing out burners in staircases N and O, cost of stuffing bottle (and fitting the same), cleaning out pipes and fitting nail in knife room, taking up and cleaning out service, one new elbow to lamp. Total cost £1 6s 3d.
