IS says that he had forgotten about his undertaking to draft an editorial note about the contents but, working from memory, has now prepared one for CNLB's comments. Because he was working from memory, he says that some adjustments may be required. He also says that omitted Chipolla [sic; recto: Cipolla] because he couldn't recall his subject. He is unsure whether CNLB wishes to include any other form of preface or introduction, but he says that he will put something together on the numismatics for CNLB and Terry Volk to adjust as necessary.
