Bullen, Mr.Covering letter to the college from John Hooper for an estimate for repairs to fences and gates at Manor Farm. (Estimate is JCAD-2-2-9-1874-35.) Letter explains that the estimate omits 4 gates by the side of the road which are beyond repair. Offers to purchase new gates at 4 shillings each if college will provide 10 posts.
