This is a letter from Darby to Manning, which begins with Darby telling Manning about recovering from a cold, before asking Manning if he'd like to come visit him in Marlborough.
Darby then goes onto discuss an enclosed Congregational Paper: "The Witness", though it appears to be in Welsh. He has also sent another piece of Welsh, though this one is 'full of unusual constructions'. According to Darby, in his local area they've had a new young Welsh Congregational Minister who helps Darby translating these pieces.
Darby rounds out the letter by saying he has started to read "French Revolution", hopes to redo his lecture for the soldiers (presumably referring to the ongoing World War) and intends to finish writing a paper for the Geopolitical Journal.
