Morrison, K.Covering letter from Francis & Co (Solicitors) to the Master which accompanied the Contract for the purchase of the lease of 32 Jesus Lane and requesting a signature. The letter points out that Mr Hamblin Smith was to retain the right to use the loft for as long as he required it and a room in the house until 29 September 1920.

8th March, a reply to letter from Dr French about the College buying the quit rent, written by Danvers.
31st January, letter from Danvers to Rev J Warren of the parish of Graveley regarding the terms on which he could purchase the quit rent. The sum is £11 18s 6d.
2nd March letter from John Warren to Dr French stating that he has only just received the letter of the 31st January. He identifies the quit rent as for the Copyhold part of the Estate of Rushton, "belonging to this Rectory" and describes the College as "patrons of the living". Warren has forwarded the letter to French to see whether the College wishes to purchase this quit rent.

Robertson, and land agents, with sketch maps, culminating in an Indenture betweenWalter Randolph Farquhar and Alfred Farquhar (London bankers), Jesus College, and James Robertson, vicar, to sell the land for £200. The deed refers back to earlier transactions relating to the whole estate.
Consideration in 1880 of the purchase of a piece of land lying between the church and the railway: offer from the owner, Mr Daintree, letters from the vicar, Henry I. Sharp, and a favorable report by Edward Long, surveyor, with a plan attached. There are also two letters from the Vicar, Thomas G.L.
