The fourth and fifth items are invoices from Edward Headly, smith and ironmonger, to the college for various boilers and stoves and for hiring a bricklayer. The first totals £3 2s 6d and the second 5s. The first is signed as settled 13 September 1862 and the second 10 December 1862, both by Headly.
Items six to twelve are invoices from James Burbage, bricklayer, to the college for work done repairing a trap; tiling; mending some plastering; cleaning out a drain; bricking up a closet; mending a wall in a closet; and for materials and labour, all spread across various properties. The first totals £3 7s 4d; the second 16s 2d; the third 6s 6d; the fourth 15s; the fifth £2 12s 6d; the sixth 4s 6d; and the seventh 11s. All totals £7 9s 6d. The first is signed as paid 25 January 1862; the second 19 April 1862; the third is undated; the fourth 20 May 1862; the fifth 4 July 1862; the sixth is undated; and the seventh 10 December 1862.
