Recites that Mabil (Mabilia), daughter of Sara, laundress, wife of Edmund de Ringstete, has claimed 'extra iudicium' the messuage granted by the nuns to Thomas de Dephem, clerk. The said Thomas de Depham willing to indemnify Prioress Dera and the nuns, releases them from their warranty, but only so far as relates to the above claim.
