Prioress Agnes and the nuns to Richard Spycer for 8s in discharge of arrears of rent for a year for a tenement with 2 solars lying between a tenement of Corpus Christi College to the west, and a tenement of Richard Bushee to the east, abutting on a tenement of Corpus Christi College and on the Cheese Market, the rent of which 8s per annum was given to the nuns before the Statute (Quia Emptores, 1290).

Prioress Margaret (Clavyle) and the nuns to John de Toft of Cambridge, a tenement between a tenement of Corpus Christi College, one of John de Toft and one of Robert de Parys, abutting on the highway, the King's Ditch and on Pouches croft and the new Chapel of St Odo of Cambridge. Term: 40 years; rent: 18s. Covenants: lessee to build and keep in repair a hall with a solar above it on the front of the tenement, 2 cellars under part of the solar, a room to the west of the hall; three rooms in the front part of the tenement and a dovehouse. Witnesses: John Morice, mayor of Cambridge, William Horewod, John Bleedray, John de Cotton, John Marshal et aliis.
