Agreement between the Hospital of St John the Evangelist and Elena, Prioress of St Radegund's. 1) The Master and Brethren of the Hospital give to the nuns 7acre 1 rood of land, lying in 7 portions in Barnwell fields, viz.: 2 selions or 1/2 acre land lying between the King's highway (King Street) and the nuns' land, abutting on Grenecroft. 1/2 acre at the windmill, lying between the land of the Prior of Barnwell and that of John Wombe, and another selion lying between lands of the same owners. 1 selion lying between the Prioress's land and Steresbridge. 1 selion lying between the Prioress's land and that of the Chapel of St Edmund; 1 selion lying between the land of the said prior and that of the said Chapel. 1/2 acre lying between land of the said Chapel (Chapel of St Edmund) and land formerly belonging to Richard Pede. 1 rood lying between the land of the Chapel and that of the Prioress. 1/2 acre between the land of Adam Elyot and that of the said Prior. 1 rood and 1/2 acre - between the Chapel and the Prior's land. 3 selions at Caldwell, lying next to Grenecroft and the land of the Prioress. 4 selions lying between lands formerly of Richard Pede and of Thomas le Marzon, abutting on Caldwell. 2) The Prioress and Convent of St. Radegund give to the Hospital 7 acres 1 rood in 14 parcels in Portefeld in Cambridge fields, near Binnebroc, Grantchester Way etc., some portions lying next lands already belonging to the Hospital. Witnesses: John Dunyng, mayor of Cambridge, John de Leek, Symon Gopdeman, Geoffrey Knyvey, John Robilard, bailiffs, Robert Tulyet, Mychael Pyley (Pilat?), Richard Laurence et aliis.
