Richard Porthors of Cambridge for the sake of his soul, and for those of his father John de Berton and his wife Agnes gives to the nuns a rent of 13d for a messuage held of him by John Waubert near the Hospital, lying between messuage formerly of Walter Pilate and the King's Lane. The grant is for the souls of his father and mother, and in payment of arrears of 2s for rent due to the nuns from his late father, John, for a tenement in St Clement's parish. Witnesses: John But, Mayor of Cambridge, Master Thomas Toylet, Richard Laurence, Robert Toylet, Henry Toylet, Bartholomew Gogging, John Martyn, Richard Crocheman, Richard Bateman et aliis.

Thomas Potekin to the nuns of St Radegund: 1) a messuage in the parish of St Mary between the messuage of Reginald de Comberton and that of Henry Parcheminere, for which a rent of 4s 8d per annum is due to John Serle of Apwenden. 2) a shop in the market at the corner of Potters Row, between a shop of Thomas Cutler and one of the Hospital of St John, rent due to Leonius Dunning 6d, hagabel 2d. 3) another shop situate next to the shop of Thomas Cutler and that of William le Lorimer. 4) also 2 acres abutting on land of the Prior of Barnwell and on the road to Hinton. Rent: to Thomas Potekin and his heirs 2s. John, son of John Baudewin de Swafham, Prior of Ely, to the Nuns all claims to the land which Martin, son of Hugh de Swafham, held of Prioress Letitia for his homage and services and 2s per annum rent, the said land lying between the highway and the Nuns' land, abutting on a croft of the Prior of Barnwell and the messuage of Matilda at Gate (ad portam). The nuns to remit to the said John 30s. arrears of rent. John, son of Serle of Upwendon, with the consent of his wife Margaret, to Prioress Agnes le Burgeylun and the nuns the rent of 5s (219e) for 4 years, from Thomas Potekin, clerk, in exchange for a rent of 4s 8d for a shop formerly of Godfrey le Heymongere, given him in free marriage by Margaret Atteward. At the end of the term the prioress or successors to pay 4s 8d per annum for the tenement of the said Godfrey.
