A letter from Nicholas Farwell in San Mateo, California, to Percy, expressing his regret to hear that he is retiring from the Henley Royal Regatta. He thanks him for his enthusiasm, experience, and direction for the 1966 Kent Crew at Henley in 1966. He closes the letter by wishing him the best future and happiness.
Also includes a small colour photograph depicting Percy and his wife with Kent School students being presented with a book.
