A letter from Bill Stowe on letterhead paper titled ' NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF AMATEUR OARSMEN' to Percy, expressing his sadness at hearing of his retirement as an active boatman at Henley. He tells him that as three time loser at the Royal Henley Regatta, he is looking forward to returning some day as a coach of team that stands a better chance.
