Part of Personal Papers

A letter from Charles Mills in New York to Percy reminiscing about his fondest times as an oarsman and attending Henley. He tells him of the many photographs and slides he has of his visit to England, and in particular his later visit to Jesus College boathouse and Percy's home, where they rowed in singles and rode in his three wheeled car. He closes the letter expressing his regret that others will not get to meet Percy, and wishes him the best of luck in his retirement.
