A letter from Michael G. Mitchell to Percy recalling his memories of his two visits to Henley and his associations with Percy and Tote Walker. He closes the letter by wishing him well for the future.
A letter from Thomas Edward Ryan to Percy reminiscing about his time at Henley as a spare in 1961. He recalls a story of rowing in a jury-rigged pair that was made by mating the bow and the stern of an eight, which was submerged after being launched due to him neglecting to lock his oarlock. He expresses his gratitude that Percy installed confidence in him when launching a Jesus College pair for his initial outing at Henley and for all other rowing adventures. He closes the letter by thanking him for contributing to his warm memories of Henley.
A letter from Tote Walker in Macedonia, Kent, Connecticut, to Percy, offering him congratulations on his retirement. He wishes Percy much deserved leisure time, reminisces on their times together, and expresses his gratitude for all of Percy's help. Signed by Tote Walker.
