Including three receipts for tithe rent charges owed paid to New College, Oxford, for amounts of £4 7s 6d, £3 14s 6d and 13s; a receipt for income tax paid by Colchester while residing in Steeple Morden, amounting to 18s 9d. Also includes a bill for repairs to cottages at Steeple Morden, ordered by Colchester, including: new lead guttering, scantling for rafters, board, plate tiles, bushels of hair, mortex, nails, glass panes and two and half days of labour, amounting to £3 1s 6d, signed and settled by William Worboys.
