Account for work done on 12 January for the maintenance of trees, fences and ditches, including: trimming trees on Christ's Piece, 14s, felling trees, £2, moving timber to the stable yard, 15s, and repairing the fence and ditch, £1 5s. At the bottom is noted money paid to Joseph Parkham and Mr Hudson (partially obscured by a stamp).

Accounts for building work; including £4 4s 9d for 13 nails, £1 for 80 slats, 6s for 2 port, 3s for 6 spurs, £3 2s for labour, 7s for scarring, £1 3s for repairing the ditch, 6s 8d for 20 piles, 8s 4d for caping. Total amounting to £13 10s 9d.

Bill of £30 18s for 103 yards of pail fencing. Features name of Dr Westman, college bursar, and signed by Jo. M. Newman.

Receipt for the repairs done to Jesus fence, total of 5s, paid to Mr Newman.
