Receipt from the Bursar of Jesus College to Favell and Ellis for plumbing and glazier work done between November 1861 to October 1862, with charges for work done to to the Master's Lodge; the Hall; the kitchen; to courts' roofs; various other small jobs; and for materials and labour. All totals £16 5s. Signed as paid by cheque 1 December 1862 by H.W. Ellis.

Bill for plumbing work undertaken at the college over a year, addressed to the Bursar of Jesus College and paid to Favell and Ellis, Plumbers etc. Total payment of £21 4s 7d. Includes payment for cleaning out gutters; laying and repairing leadwork on college chapel roof and cost of cast lead (minus the credit for the old lead). Also for relaying flashing in the hall cupola, including cost of nails; cleaning windows in combination room and college hall; repairing windows in the buttery, including cost of glass, putty, casement pinning, banding and iron frame. Also for the college kitchens: releading and cementing window casement, including cost of casement, pinning, putty, banding and glass; putting a new valve on the ball tap; cleaning windows. For the college rooms and buildings: repairing window to lecture room number 3 after being broken by wind; new glass in windows of late Palmer's rooms; relaying lead and soldiering to roof over A and B staircase after storms; cleaning gutters; repairing roof over I staircase and stopping leaks; new glass in Porter's Lodge; lead flashing and soldering over I staircase and room of north west building; thawing pumps and packing in manure; repairing closets after frost, including new lead pipe (minus credit of old pipe), ball tap, copper ball, solder, copper wire and leather valve; new valves to garden pump; repairing landing windows; cleaning windows in school room, lecture rooms and servants hall; repairing pipes to servants closets; repairing back yard pump; relaying lead and soldering on roof of staircase B; putting new glass in lamp over front gate; taking up servants' closets for bricklayers to make a drain; new white basin in servants' closet; glazing new sash in Oldham, Edward, Corfield and Fleetwood's rooms; lead gutters over cloisters; new glass in porter's lodge and staircase L. Also includes abstract where the totals for the chapel; buttery, hall and combination room; college kitchens; courts, rooms and buildings are totalled. Dated 14th November 1864 and signed by H. W.
