The second page contains the Hundon Account 1879, including the Deeks and Hudds rent, and the Net tithe Rent Charge which has been subtracted from the dividend to give £901 9s 2d. The rest of the page has a breakdown of various rent and land charges associated with the properties and their upkeep.
