Bill for repairing Mr. Freeman's house at No. 7, Hobson Street. Addressed to Mr. Rowe, paid to W. Burbage. Totalling £1, dated 4th October 1864 and signed by W. Burbage.

Bill for maintenance to two houses owned by Jesus College, totalling 11s 4 1/2d and addressed to Mr. Rowe on the Jesus College account. Includes payment for cleaning out gutters and laying down iron pipes to be used as water pipes in front of houses on Jesus Lane, repairing tiles at Mrs Kemp's, repairing plastering at Mr. Free's, including payment for mortar, cement and tiles. Dated 17th May 1864 and signed by W. Burbage.

Addressed to Mr. Rowe and totalling £1 10s 8 1/2d, includes payment for bricklayers and labourers, 25 flooring bricks, 10 building bricks, sand, trap for water closet, 2 bin pipes, Mortar and Cement. Dated 1st October 1864 and signed by W. Burbage.
