Mr Pratt to build kitchen and bedroom and repair closet, fixing trap and pan. Also for repairing tiling and plastering at Belmont Place, including 1 day's pay for bricklayer and labourer, and costs for mortar, tiles, and bricks. Total cost £14 11s. Signed off by Mr Burbage and Mr Rowe.
