A bundle of 5 income tax receipts, 38 cheques, 7 water bills, 12 poor rate receipts, 1 receipt for quit rent, 2 bills for repairs to waterworks and 1 receipt for oak timber.
The income tax receipts date to between 12 February and 12 July 1881 and account for payments of 18s 8d, 8s 1d, £3 15s, £1 12s, 5s.
The cheques date to between 6 January and 1 December 1881, accounting for sums between £4 and £150, paid to Jesus College.
The water bills are dated 27 October 1880 and 31 September 1881, and list the payment of sums between 6s 9d and 10s by the college for a quarter's supply of water.
The poor rate receipts are dated between 10 November 1880 and 29 August 1881. 8 of the receipts note payments of poor rates by Jesus college (between 12s 7d and £1 12s), 3 refer to R. R. Rowe).
The bill for quit rent is dated November 1881 and notes the payment of 4d to Trinity College, signed by Charles Hoppet.
The two bills for maintenance to waterworks note payment of 1s and 1s 2d for the repair of taps.
The bill for oak timber is dated 20 October 1881 and accounts for a total of 15s 6d.

12 receipts dating between 14 February and 26 October 1880 for the payment of water bills and 3 receipts accounting for repair work done to the water systems at Jesus College. The bill receipts account for payments between £1 6s 5d and £14 2s, with three signed by Rev. Dr. Corrie and the remaining 6 signed Jesus College. They include water supplied to the following areas in college: £1 6s 5d for the Master's Lodge and garden, £12 6d for 74 sets rooms, £1 5s for 5 hydrants and 11s for 4 WCs. Three receipts specify the number of gallons used by college in that quarter, ranging between 547,000 gallons and 1,000 gallons.
Two of the bills for repair work record 12s and £1 2s 1d for "Repair at pu Rin [?]", and one larger receipt accounts for opening of the ground and repairing the pipe in Centre Court, including 8s 3d for lead pipes, 7s for joints and 10s for the men's time.
