Bill for building repairs carried out to 'House' and chancel by J Bareham on the orders of Cuthbert Hundon. Total cost £4 19s 2d.
Repairs include: repairing walls of inside of house and contracting chimney, including hair and nails, and one hunch of lath; repairing walls to outbuildings and chimney, including hair and nails; repairing walls and foundations to barns and outbuildings and repairing tiles and walls to outside of house, including hair and nails; odd jobs in house, including lime, sand, and other materials; repairing tiling and walls to chancel, including materials. All work carried out between 23rd Dec 1873 and 16th Nov 1874.

Bill totalling £158 16s 2d for work on Parsonage from various work men: including Cuthbert carpentry, Bareham bricklaying, Nicholls and co., Rogers the thatcher, Ling for shingles, Medcalf for smiths work, Mortlock for nails, Tatum for lime, Bird for pipes, Bear for Brick as well as an extra £13 for Cuthbert, a line for Poll tax and for Mann.
