23 feet of tooled York paving for the scullery floor. Payment to the mason and the labourer. 32 feet of tooled York paving in the Porters' Lodge, leading to the gardens. Payment to the mason and the labourer. 10 feet of tooled paving for 2 coal bins (?). Payment to the mason and the labourer. 5 feet of Ketton stone for circular (?) windows in the screens. Summary of labour. Cost total - £6.00.

Paid £2 10s for work done in College including payments for altering two piers in gateway at Radegund Buildings, York paving to cover cesspool in College, rubbed York paving for staircase floor in first court, paid to the mason and labourer, taking up old floor and paving new, mortar. Butting away stonework from windows and doorways in preparation for plasters' work.
Nine foot of York paving for return of 'Cole Bung' in Mr Winter's room, mortar.
Six foot of clunch for two covers in Mr Hill's room .

Paid £3 10s 3d for 2 masons for taking up and reworking Ketton stone steps and fixing and making good with new at 4s 6d a day, for 7ft 10 inches of new stone for the same at 4s 6d per cube ft, 14lbs of lead for plugs st 3d a lb.

Paid sum of 3s 9d to Thomas Clayton for work done in Mr Wilgress' room: 1/2 days taking out iron bars from window and putting new ones in, working away the sill for sash to fit, 3lb of lead, plaster.
