Bill for masonry and stonework (Jeffs and Bentley)

A bill for masonry work between March and June 1769. The bill includes: repairs to the marble paving in the chapel (4s 6d); 1ft 1in of black marble (4s 4d); 3 hods of fine mortar (1s 6d); cleaning the stone work in the 'first Court' (1s 5d). Also includes references to labour costs. The total bill amounted to 14s, signed by Benjamin Jeffs.
