Also includes payment for repairing doors, door frames, shutters and fence at Mirrells[?] and next house: payment for deal, joints, bolts, T joints, screws, nails and iron to secure post to fence. Also includes payment for fixing the new pump casing. Signed by A. Kidd, presumably on behalf of J. Kidd and dated 28th November 1864. R. R. has initialled bill and noted that it is the College account.
