Mariota, widow of Richard de Berton, burgess of Cambridge, to Matilda (Maud), her daughter, a messuage in Milne street (melnestrate), opposite the church, lying between a tenement of Sir (Dominus) Alberic de Saltreya and one of William Pittock, held of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem to the north, and a shop and yard in Pyrones Lane to the south, abutting on the east on a tenement of Matilda (Maud) de Walda and one of Derota la Parchiminere, and to the west on the street (Milne St.) and on the yard of the aforesaid shop (the shop and yard are specifically exempted from this gift). Rent: 1d as hagabel and 1d to Mariota.
