These may be part of either Eastbourne Terrace [now 63-99 Hills Road] or College Terrace [now 101-123 Hills Road]. All of these properties were held on lease from the College by Arthur John Gray (builder)
The plan is undated but in 1870 a lease of 8 dwelling houses (Eastbourne Terrace) was granted to Gray and by 1884 he had built 11 more making 19 in total. The lease for 12 dwelling houses that made up College Terrace was granted in 1867
