Part whereof is to be used as a parade ground and rifle range. Rent £170. Includes plan. Includes an addendum, dated 10th January 1863, affixed to the lease stating that until the present powder magazine belonging to the Cambridge University Rifle Corps is removed, the undersigned will hold Jesus College harmless against all loss or damage by fire or explosion
